Welcome to MOSTI Library

The Library of Ministry Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) is a specialized library. MOSTI's Resource Centre committed to its mission to be a powerful source of knowledge provider in providing excellent collection and information services in support of MOSTI's vision to be the lead agency in the advancement of science, technology and innovation.

The library has a substantial and diverse collection of science and technology (S&T) resources of various knowledge such as innovation, biotechnology, biodiversity, marine science, information & communication technology (ICT) and sustainable development, including information related to S&T policy, management, technology forecast and environmental management. To date, the collections consist of more than 14,000 volumes of monographs, 4 subscribed online databases (commercial), 36 current subscriptions of magazines/journals, repository system, magazine online, MOSTI publications, newspapers, multimedia resources, theses, annual reports, proceedings and reports.

The MOSTI publications is the major portion of the library’s collection. This collection consists of research report such as Malaysian Science, Technology and Innovation Indicators Reports, Public Awareness of Science, Technology & Innovation (STI) Malaysia, National Survey of Innovation, National Survey of R&D in Malaysia and Bibliometric Study : Science and Technology Knowledge Productivity in Malaysia.

The library is opened to government researchers/officials, students from higher learning institutions and professionals from public and private sectors.
